  • The AI service's responses are returned to you through our platform

  • Since we operate on a "bring your own API key" model, we do not charge for API usage. Any charges for API usage are billed directly by your chosen AI service provider.
  • For our premium plans, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Refunds for premium subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if you experience technical issues that significantly impact your ability to use our service.
